How I Wish

Jeju, South Korea

Settling in South Korea is not what you think it is. Well, I must say many folks out there would love to explore this fascinating country, but behind that excitement and curiosity of others— is a reality that many of Koreans and some other people like me are facing. “The Struggle is Real”, a phrase that wholly construes my definition of living these days. I won’t be detailing every bit of it, but to give you an idea, I feel restless these days and I have left with one option, but to face hurdles. Per contra, I am still positive because like what they said, nothing is temporary and so my dilemmas.Β πŸ˜„

his picture depicts my yearning to find solitude in my hectic schedules. How I WISH, I could sit all day in a rustic home next to a translucent window while I’m sipping my warm choco- latte at the same time witnessing the fall of snow flurries.

As I drift through life without you
I know a dose of you isn’t far
When I tilt my head up
And wish on the stars

  1. Sorry to hear things are rough, Miyang. Challenges will be challenges and we have to adapt, and hope things will get better for you soon πŸ™‚ I too would like to sit by the window here in Melbourne, Australia, and look outside at the world. Maybe you could make time for that some time each week, like half an hour one day a week πŸ™‚

    1. I think moving another country is really tough for everyone, but I’m still blessed. That’s a good idea. I would love to visit Australia if given a chance. Thanks for cheering me up. God bless u 😊😌

    2. Moving always hard, agree with you there. You don’t know what to expect and it can be hard when you don’t know people there. You sound strong so I am sure you will be okay soon πŸ™‚ Australia welcomes you with open arms ❀
